public CutOffGraphPanel()

Default constructor. Adds the graph and scrollbar to the layout and adds a change listener.

public static void main(java.lang.String[] args)

Main method for testing.

setCutOffGraphCoords

public void setCutOffGraphCoords(float[] cutOffLevels,
                                 int[] numOfClusters)

Sets the coordinates for the graph. Sets the scale on the graph to fit all the points, plus 10% on the top and right, and the origin in the bottom left corner. Sets the scrollbar to match up to the points.

Parameters:

cutOffLevels - An array of cut off levels for the tree. Decimals greater than or equal to 0.

numOfClusters - An array of numbers of clusters matching up 1:1 with the cut off levels. Integers greater than or equal to 0.

setUpScrollBar

public void setUpScrollBar(float min,
                           float max,
                           float value)

Sets up the scroll bar so that it can be used to set values on the graph. Takes min, max, and value as they are in the data and converts to numbers usable for the scrollbar. Sets the scrollbar offset accordingly.

Parameters:

min - The minimum X value of the points on the graph.

max - The maximum X value of the points on the graph.

value - The current X value indicated on the graph.

getCutOff

public float getCutOff()

Returns the cut-off value, the current X value indicated on the graph.

Returns:

Cut-off value.

stateChanged

public void stateChanged(javax.swing.event.ChangeEvent e)

Implements ChangeListener for the scrollbar. Sets the indicator on the graph to the current value of the scroll bar, and sets the value of the scrollbar to the new X value of the graph, in case it's not the same.
